Return, Refund, and Cancellation 

• You are entitled to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing the order without giving any reason for doing so. Once order status changes to 'Processed', no cancellation request will be entertained.  

• To request an order return, please email us at info@silverbin.com within 24-hours of the order being delivered. The item has to be returned within 7 days after receiving the product.. 

• All refunds for returned items will be processed in the form of store credits only. We are not liable for packages lost in transit or undelivered by your chosen return carrier.
