SilverBin.com proudly offers free standard shipping on most products. However, please note:
- Some items may not qualify for free shipping. Check the product page for item-specific details.
- If applicable, shipping charges will be clearly displayed at checkout.
- Most orders are processed within 2–3 business days, and delivered within 5–7 business days from the date of dispatch.
- Delivery timelines for customized or tailored products may take longer (an additional 10–15 business days).
Important: We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses. Please provide a complete physical address with a zip/postal code.
🔁 Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy
We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not fully satisfied, please review the following policy:
🕒 Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement with no questions asked.
- Once the order status changes to ‘Processed’, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
📦 Return Requests
- Initiate your return by emailing info@silverbin.com within 24 hours of receiving your order.
- Returned items must be shipped back within 7 days of delivery.
- Returns must be unused, unaltered, and in original packaging.
- All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
💳 Refunds
- Refunds are issued as store credit only, valid for 90 days from issue.
- Shipping charges, customization, or tailoring fees are non-refundable.
- We are not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments. Please use a trackable shipping method.
🚫 Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable due to hygiene and customization reasons:
- Custom-stitched clothing (including sarees with custom blouses or petticoats)
- Altered or personalized garments
- Plus-size, men's, and kids' ethnic wear
- Accessories, jewelry, God/Goddess idols (Murti), and special delivery orders
- Any product involving customization or tailoring
