 Nice but not quite as pictured May 01, 2012

I've worn these earrings several times and thought I should leave a review. Initially I was worried that they might start bending or loosing their shape due to how they are opened. Now that I've handled them in person I can say the earrings feel sturdy and I doubt this will happen.
What caught my eye about these earrings was the lily design and how the hoop flattened out near the hook and eye closure. So I was surprised when the earrings arrived and the design was slightly different. I've uploaded a quick picture I took for everyone else. I know its not as clear or perfect as the seller pictures but I figure you'll get the idea.
As a person who frequently shops on-line I count on the seller to provide accurate information and pictures. This is especially true for pictures of jewelry, where the appearance plays a big role in helping me choose what I want. For that reason I didn't feel I could give this item a 5 star rating.

I received these as a Mother's Day gift. At first I was afraid of how thin they looked and worried my newborn daughter would damage them. Once I took them out of the box I realized they were not hollow posts and would survive nicely. I have gotten many compliments on them at work and am happy to have an every day pair of earrings in silver now.
