 Acceptable replacement for my bangle Apr 17, 2012

I bought this watch to replace my favorite silver bangle watch that had fallen off my arm during the Christmas shopping frenzy. I never thought I'd find an acceptable replacement-- but this watch has become my new favorite! And when I used my O points, the price was even better!

I bought this watch two weeks ago so I could have a watch that didn't clash with my silver bangles. When it arrived I was impressed by craftsmanship and elegance of the piece. But after wearing it for only 7 days (8 hours a day) the silver polish has started rubbing off, exposing the brass or copper underneath and turning my wrist GREEN! This is very disappointing because in all other aspects the watch was pretty much perfect for what i wanted.

I bought these just as stocking stuffers for the girls, but they were really nice watches. Fits nicely on the wrist and really looks like an expensive watch. Quite pleased with them.

I bought this watch as a gift for my sister who needed something simple for nursing school. There are limitations on the type of watch you can have due to bacteria reasons. This bangle watch served the purpose, but also was sleek enough to look good for everyday wear. The only downfall is that it doesn't look to be waterproof.
