Doesn't keep time Nov 24, 2011

Firstly I was expecting to receive a watch that is the color of the picture. It was more of a shamrock green. Secondly, it doesn't keep time. The battery works however the hands appear to get stuck on certain times and then I have to reset the time and it works for a while but than I always have to do it again. It is almost like the hands are loose or something. Would not buy again.
